On the edit profile screen, tap the + icon on your profile picture circle.
Choose your image source: Camera or Gallery.
Select or capture your photo.
Crop and adjust the image as needed, then confirm.
PLAI uploads your image and displays it in the circular frame once done.
Your new picture appears everywhere your identity shows up across the app, not just on your profile.
Important: Images must be JPEG, PNG, or WEBP, with a maximum file size of 5MB and a minimum size of 200x200 pixels. Square images work best since PLAI auto-crops to a circular display. If your image is too large, you'll see: "Image too large, must be 5MB."
If either Camera or Gallery access hasn't been granted, PLAI will prompt you to allow permission before continuing. If you deny it, you're returned to the edit profile screen with your existing picture unchanged.
