Once all 6 onboarding steps are complete or skipped, your Admin tab switches from the checklist to a mature dashboard. This is the surface you and any other admins use going forward to manage the club.
Layout
From top to bottom, the dashboard shows:
A banner zone (only visible when a banner condition applies)
A quick actions row: Add Event, Post News, Start a Chat, Invite Member
A tile grid: Members, Groups, Membership & Seasons, Treasury, Ads Space, Club Profile
A walkthrough card, if you haven't dismissed it yet
If nothing needs your attention, the banner zone collapses to zero height, no empty placeholder is shown.
Banners
The first time you land on the mature dashboard, you'll see a celebration banner: "Your club is open for business!"
After that, banners follow a strict priority order, and only 2 show at once:
Stripe disconnected
Ads payment failed
Overdue payments
New member applications
Season transition
Celebration
If more than 2 conditions are active, the rest are held in a queue and appear as higher-priority ones are dismissed or resolved, so nothing is lost.
Note: Every banner is dismissible, and once dismissed, it stays dismissed. It will not reappear on its own.
Tiles and quick actions
Both Full Admins and Group Admins can see all 6 tiles and use quick actions, though Group Admins may see read-only or scoped access on some tiles depending on their permissions.
Each tile subtitle reflects live data, for example an active member count, or "Not yet connected" on the Treasury tile if you haven't activated Stripe yet.
FAQ
Why do I see a gold banner about a new member application?
This appears when someone requests to join your club and your club requires admin approval. It stays until you review the application.
Can Members see this dashboard too?
No. Only Full Admins and Group Admins see the Admin tab at all. Members' tab bar starts with Comms instead.
