How to Add and Manage Documents on Your Profile

Step by step guide to uploading medical history, certificates, and other documents to your PLAI profile, including file limits and how to remove one.

Your profile can store important documents, like medical history or certificates, in one place your club can reference when needed.

  1. On your profile, tap + Add a Document.

  2. Browse your device storage and select a file. You can only select one document at a time.

  3. Review the preview and filename shown, then confirm the upload.

Once uploaded, your document appears in the list with a file type icon, name, upload date, and thumbnail preview. A success toast confirms the update. You can scroll horizontally through your document list to see everything you've added.

Important: Supported formats are PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), JPG, and PNG, up to 10MB per file. You can store a maximum of 10 documents, and PLAI won't accept two documents with the same name.

Removing a document

  1. Find the document you want to remove and tap its delete option.

  2. Confirm the removal.

The document is deleted from storage and disappears from your list immediately.

Note: Editing a document's title, downloading it, or viewing it with a built-in reader aren't supported. Documents can only be added or removed.
