Overview
This article explains how to access your item list in Platter, view items by category, and manage your menu by adding, editing, or deleting items.
Prerequisites
Manager or Admin access
Back office credentials.
Steps
Log in to the Platter Back Office.
From the sidebar, navigate to Cuisine Hub.
Tap Cuisine Hub > Items.
You will see a list of all menu items, organized by category for easy management.
To modify an existing item, use the Edit or Delete options available beside each item.
To create a new item, tap Add Item and fill in the required details.
Troubleshooting
If an item does not appear, ensure it is assigned to the correct Category.
Confirm the item is not marked as Inactive in the settings.
