Overview
Modifiers in Platter let you customize items with options like toppings, spice level, add-ons, and preparation preferences. Each modifier includes a set of selectable options, which appear during order-taking in the POS.
You can assign modifiers directly to specific items or to entire categories, depending on your menu setup. Platter also supports multi-select, mandatory modifiers, and global modifiers, making customization flexible and consistent across all locations.
