A quick guide through the different dashboards of the PodRoll platform

Welcome to the PodRoll platform. There are three main dashboards that can be navigated between at the top of the page.

  1. Podcasts: Where you add and manage your podcasts and prefix links

  2. Sell: Where you can sell feed drops and track your revenue

  3. Buy: Where you can build campaigns and track their fill and conversion rates

Podcasts: To Manage Podcasts in Your Account

This is where you add podcasts and generate a unique prefix link for each show. To add a podcast, simply click on "Add" and enter your RSS URL found in your podcast hosting platform.

Sell: To Approve Feed Drops and Earn Revenue

Note: This dashboard is enabled after the seller's order form is executed. Please reach out to the team if you're interested in reviewing available campaigns and earning revenue.

This is where you can view the revenue you've earned and review all the campaigns in the PodRoll platform. This dashboard shows you the CPMs each podcast is paying to be placed in your feed. You can track your earnings by campaign and by podcast.

Nothing will be added to your feed unless you explicitly accept the campaign by clicking the green checkmark. You can approve and reject for each podcast you manage in your account.

Buy: To Create and Track Promotional Campaigns

This is where you can build your PodRoll Dynamic Feed Drop campaigns. Each campaign will be shown in this dashboard, where you can track their delivery and conversion rate. You always have full control to pause or restart campaigns. Reach out to the team if you want to adjust your CPM rate or flight time. Note, you can only adjust the CPM rate up after the campaign is submitted.

In this dashboard, you can approve podcasts to be dropped into in the "Approved Podcasts" page. Note, your content will not be delivered into any podcast unless is explicitly approved on this page. Remember that they must approve your campaign too, so we suggest approving as many podcasts as possible for efficient delivery.
