A few reasons why your campaign might be slow to deliver

Updated over a week ago

There are three common reasons why campaigns are slow to deliver:

1) You did not approve enough podcasts

In order for a Dynamic Feed Drop to be placed in a seller's feed, you (the buyer) need to approve that podcast and the seller needs to approve your campaign. We suggest approving as many shows as you are comfortable with in the "Approved Podcasts" page to give your campaign the best opportunity to deliver.

2) Your CPMs or budget are too low compared to the rest of the market

The Dynamic Feed Drop algorithm can only deliver campaigns where the buyer has approved the seller's podcast and the seller approves the buyer's campaign. After that, it gives priority to PodRoll campaigns based on the CPM and the total budget remaining for the campaign.

Larger budgets and higher CPMs get preference in order to optimize for the seller's inventory and keep the marketplace active.

You can always check to see what the market average CPM is by creating a new PodRoll campaign and navigating to the "Budget" step.

Reach out to the team if you want to adjust your campaigns budget or CPM bid.

3) You haven't given the campaign enough time to be approved

Seller's need to come into the system and review and approve your campaign. Most often, it takes about a week for a majority of the seller's to have seen your campaign and made a decision. Unless you a routinely submitting campaigns and seller's have you on auto-approve, please allow for 5 business days before attempting to adjust anything with your campaign.
