⚡️ Create New (Shortcut)

Your go-to shortcut for quickly creating bookings and blocking time — no digging required.

The “Create New” shortcut in the top-left corner of your admin panel is designed to save you time when you’re managing things behind the scenes.

It gives you fast access to three core tools used by studio teams:

  1. Admin Session

  2. Admin Bundle

  3. Slot Blocker

These actions can also be initiated elsewhere in the CMS, but this shortcut puts them all in one convenient place—perfect for when you're working quickly or jumping between tasks.


🔧 Where to find it:

At the top-left corner of your Admin Panel
Look for the button labeled:
“Create New”

Click it to reveal the dropdown menu with the following options:


✍️ 1. New Admin Session

Used to manually book a session for a client—ideal for handling:

  • Custom or off-platform bookings

  • Partnerships or private clients

  • Manual overrides for complex scheduling situations

When you create an Admin Session, you can:

  • Enter the client’s email

  • Choose setup, base service, date/time, and add-ons

  • Adjust pricing (optional)

  • Add internal notes

📌 Important:
Admin-created sessions do not send a payment link. The client will receive a booking confirmation and calendar invite, but payment must be handled separately via Stripe, Square, or other manual methods.


🎁 2. New Admin Bundle

Used to manually assign a bundle to a client account without requiring them to go through the purchase flow on the website.

Perfect for:

  • Complimentary packages

  • Partnerships

  • Pre-arranged deals

  • Offline purchases

You can choose:

  • Which bundle to assign

  • How many sessions it includes

  • Which client receives it

Once created, the bundle will appear in their user profile, just like any regular bundle purchase.


⛔ 3. New Slot Blocker

Used to temporarily block off time on a specific setup (room) to prevent bookings. This is ideal for:

  • Studio maintenance

  • Staff time off

  • External use of the space

  • Custom session setup

Slot Blockers are set at the room level, and override availability for the selected time.

If a client tries to book during this time, they won’t see it as available.

The “Create New” shortcut isn’t just a time-saver—it helps you:

  • Move quickly without breaking your workflow

  • Handle internal bookings or exceptions with ease

  • Prevent mistakes by keeping key tools in one place

It’s especially useful for teams managing bookings in real time or dealing with high-touch client relationships.
