🕒 Availability

Turn your opening hours into bookable slots: weekly schedules, date overrides with reasons, buffer and cutoff rules, and a preview tool.

Availability turns your opening hours into the real, bookable slots clients see. Get it right and clients can only ever pick times that are genuinely free, with no clashes and no "sorry, that one just went" afterwards. That trust is what lets you leave the booking page running without babysitting it.

🎯 Choose what the schedule applies to

First decide whether you are setting a default schedule for all rooms or hours for one specific room. Most studios start with a default and only break out a room when it genuinely runs different hours, for example a space you sublet or one that is only staffed in the mornings.

🗓 Set your weekly hours

In Common Day Settings, define your usual week: opening time, closing time, and whether weekends are on or off. Then adjust any individual weekday that breaks the pattern. This is the backbone of everything clients see.

📅 Override specific dates

Click any date to override the regular schedule just for that day. You can turn the day off entirely or change its hours, and you can add a reason so future you remembers why. Overrides work both ways: open time you do not normally offer, or close time you normally do.

⏱ Set your booking rules

In Schedule Settings:

  • Buffer time. Time removed from availability after a session, so you always get turnaround.

  • Booking cutoff time. How far in advance someone has to book.

  • Minimum session duration. The shortest session anyone can book.

  • Maximum session duration. The longest.

These apply globally unless something overrides them.

🔁 Override per room or per setup

Any of those rules can be overridden at room level, and then again at setup level. A space that needs a long reset can carry a bigger buffer without you changing anything for the rest of the studio.

👀 Preview availability before you commit

Use Preview Availability to see exactly which hours are open on any given day. It is genuinely useful when you are creating an admin booking for someone on the phone, because you can confirm what is free before you promise it.

🧠 Why it matters

Accurate availability is the difference between a booking page you trust and one you have to police. The engine combines your weekly hours, date overrides, existing bookings and blockers, then filters by buffer and cutoff, and re-checks before confirming so the same room is never sold twice.

✅ Summary

Set weekly hours by default or per room, override individual dates with a reason, tune buffer, cutoff and session length, then override per room or setup where a space is different. Preview before you book, and the schedule takes care of itself.
