🚧 Conflicts

Admin Panel → Conflicts (the nav shows a count when any are open). A conflict appears when something overlaps a booking, for example a blocker or an external calendar event colliding with a session. Each card shows the affected booking, the type, the room, and the slot. Work through the Open tab and resolve each from its ⋯ menu, and resolved ones move to the Resolved tab.

📒 Sessions

Admin Panel → Sessions. Tabs split Upcoming and Past. Search by purchase ID or client name, and filter by source (Individual, Bundle, Subscription, Studio tour, Admin). Each row shows the order ID, date, time, client, room, status, and source.

  • New individual booking: create a booking on a client's behalf (admin bookings skip the public cutoff and buffer limits).

  • Export CSV: pull your sessions out for reporting or accounting.

🧠 Why it matters

Conflicts keep your calendar honest the moment something clashes, and Sessions gives you one place to find, fix, create, and report on every booking, so you are never digging through email to reconstruct what is happening.

✅ Summary

Clear conflicts as they appear to keep your calendar trustworthy, and use Sessions to find, manage, create, and export bookings.
