📁 Share Files (File Transfer)

Deliver work, collaborate on edits with timestamped notes, and get sign-off, all in the portal.

Who this is for: studio operators (admin panel) · Plan: all plans · Product: Podyx V2

The work does not end when the session does. File Transfer connects Dropbox or Google Drive to Podyx so you can deliver finished work, collaborate on edits, and get client sign-off, all tied to their booking and accessible from their portal.

📦 What it is for

Deliver finished files (mixes, stems, photos, video) and collaborate with clients, through your connected Dropbox or Google Drive. Because the files are linked to the client and their session, the right work is always attached to the right job, and clients reach it straight from their portal.

🎬 Video collaboration and approvals

For video, clients can do more than download. From the portal they can leave notes and timestamped comments on a cut, so feedback lands at the exact second it refers to instead of in a messy email. They review, request changes, and approve the file, and only then is the final version shared with them through one of your connected integrations. That gives you a clean, on-the-record review and sign-off loop before anything ships.

🔁 How it works

  • Connect your Dropbox or Google Drive to Podyx.

  • Share a working file with a client; they review, comment with timestamps, and request changes.

  • Once they approve, the final version is delivered via the connected integration, ready to download from the portal.

🧠 Why it matters

Delivery and revisions are where studio relationships often get messy: lost links, scattered feedback, "which version is final?" Keeping review, approval, and delivery inside the client portal makes the handoff professional, cuts revision rounds, and gives you a clear record that the client signed off.

✅ Summary

Connect Dropbox or Google Drive, then deliver, collect timestamped feedback, get approval, and share the final file, all from the client portal and tied to the booking.
