Settings for each connector

Once you have connected an account, you can:

  • Add another account (another Shopify Store, Google Ads, Facebook ...)

  • Select an attribution window or the click-through conversion window (depends on the connector)

Just click on "Configure"

  • For Shopify

    • Add your accounts by clicking on "Add Shopify Account"

  • For Google Analytics

    • You can add multiple accounts but can only select one at a time

    • You can add the same master account by clicking on "Add Google Analytics Account" and select the account you want. Repeat as many times as needed

  • For Google Ads (more here from Google Ads)

    • Click-through conversion window: we recommend using the same set-up as your Google Ads account

  • For Facebook (more here from Facebook)

    • Click attribution window: we recommend using the same set-up as your Facebook account

    • View attribution window: we recommend using the same set-up as your Facebook account

    • Action report time: Determines the report time of action stats. For example, if a person saw the ad on Jan 1st but converted on Jan 2nd, when you query the API with action_report_time=impression, you see a conversion on Jan 1st. When you query the API with action_report_time=conversion, you see a conversion on Jan 2nd

  • TikTok

    • Just select the account you need - the default settings will apply

    • TikTok API did not expose conversion value as data until the 31st of Jan 2023. It's now on our roadmap and will be added soon to Polar. Until it's released, it will always show as 0 on Polar. They do give access to conversions

  • Pinterest (more here from Pinterest)

    • Click attribution window: we recommend using the same set-up as your Pinterest account

    • Engagement attribution window: we recommend using the same set-up as your Pinterest account

    • View attribution window: we recommend using the same set-up as your Pinterest account

    • Conversion report time: we recommend using the same set-up as your Pinterest account

  • Snapchat (more here from Snapchat)

    • Swipe attribution window: we recommend using the same set-up as your Snapchat account

  • Bing Ads

    • Just select the account you need - the default settings will apply

  • Amazon Ads (more here from Amazon)

    • Region: we recommend using the same set-up as your Amazon account

    • Attribution window: we recommend using the same set-up as your Amazon account

  • Criteo (more here from Criteo)

    • Currency: we recommend using the same set-up as your Criteo account

    • Report Timezone: we recommend using the same set-up as your Criteo account
