This guide details how to set up optimal tracking configurations for Klaviyo. You can see more details on why we recommend setting up tracking parameters for Polar Attribution in this article.
Step 1. Click this link to go directly to the page on Klaviyo. From there, head to your Account & Billing:
Step 2. Under the Settings tab, click UTM Tracking (if you don't see it, click MORE).
Step 3. Add the following values:

Source | Klaviyo | Klaviyo |
Campaign | Campaign Name | Flow message name |
Id | Campaign ID | Flow ID |
Term | Klaviyo profile id | Klaviyo profile ID |
Step 4. Make sure to toggle the "Automatically add UTM parameters to links" option and Click "Update UTM Tracking Settings".
Step 5. Finally, make sure that your campaign is set to always Include tracking parameters in the settings.
You'll want to ensure that the same settings are enabled on every email in your flows.
