Connecting Yotpo to Polar Analytics
Locate Yotpo on the Connectors Page
Go to the Connectors page.
In the Marketing section, find Yotpo or use the search bar in the top-right corner.
Start the Connection Process
Click Connect to Polar Analytics next to Yotpo.
Enter your Yotpo App Key and Secret Key.
Finalize the Connection
Select Connect to Polar Analytics to complete the setup.
How to Retrieve Your Yotpo App Key and Secret Key
Retrieving Your App Key
The App Key can be found in Yotpo’s General Settings:
In Yotpo, click the Profile icon at the top right.
Go to Account Settings > General Settings.
Your App Key will be at the bottom of the General Settings section.
Generating Your Secret Key
You can generate a Secret Key in Yotpo by following these steps:
Go to Account Settings > General Settings.
Click Get Secret Key. You’ll receive an email with a verification code.
Enter the verification code and click Submit to reveal your Secret Key.
Note: Only Yotpo account administrators can access the secret key; teammates with "Staff" permissions cannot view it.
