At Poppins, we aim for a community built on reliability and fairness. To ensure our neighbors and local shops can share with confidence, we use the following guidelines:

  • More than 24h before pickup: Life happens! If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, borrowers get a full 100% refund. No stress, no costs.

  • Last-minute changes (Less than 24h before pickup). To value the time and effort of the provider sharing their item, a refund is no longer available. Instead, 100% of the payment is sent to the provider as a "thank you" for holding the item for you.

Good to know: You can cancel at any time until the pickup is validated. Once you’ve officially picked up the item, the rental is considered active and can no longer be cancelled.
