Failed payment?

Did your payment fail? A new link will arrive in 15 minutes

If your payment failed during a rental request, don't worry - no action is required on your part.

We will automatically send you a new payment link within 15 minutes following the failure. Simply click on it to finalize your rental.

Do you see a charge on your bank account despite the failure?

Don't worry. If you received a failure notification in the app but an amount appears on your bank statement, this amount will be automatically returned to you. The processing time depends on your bank, usually within a few days.

Important Reminder: A payment is only actually collected if you have received a ✅ confirmation message ✅ in the app. Until you get this message, no amount is permanently debited.

While waiting for your new link, here are a few useful checks:

  • Make sure your card information is up to date in the app.

  • Check that your spending/payment limit has not been reached.

  • If in doubt, contact your bank.
