Open Email Inbox
Confirm that you never received any email from "Praktika.ai" or "Praktika"
If you received email from us, please follow instructions in "I paid for a subscription, but it's not activated" to resolve it faster
Send email to support@praktika.ai with the following details:
Date of purchase: YYYY-MM-DD (example: 2026-01-27)
Time of purchase: HH:MM (example: 21:58)
Payment Method: Credit Card or Apple Pay or Google Pay or Link
Last 4 digits of credit card: XXXX (example: 2048)
Payment amount: ... (example: $9.99)
Support team will review the case and reactivate subscription on your email address. Allow us up to 72 hours to fix the issue
