In some cases, users accidentally misspell their email address when paying on the web, Meta, or Instagram.

Solution:

If you still have open the screen after you paid, titled “Check your email to set up password”, please:

  • Double check the email address shown there

  • Compare it with the email you’re using to log in

  1. Open Email Inbox

  2. Confirm that you never received any email from "Praktika.ai" or "Praktika"

If you received email from us, please follow instructions in "I paid for a subscription, but it's not activated" to resolve it faster

Send email to support@praktika.ai with the following details:

  1. Date of purchase: YYYY-MM-DD (example: 2026-01-27)

  2. Time of purchase: HH:MM (example: 21:58)

  3. Payment Method: Credit Card or Apple Pay or Google Pay or Link

  4. Last 4 digits of credit card: XXXX (example: 2048)

  5. Payment amount: ... (example: $9.99)

Support team will review the case and reactivate subscription on your email address. Allow us up to 72 hours to fix the issue
