When attempting to create a Sales Quote, PREO will send the Sales Rep Agent number to E-Automate. If the Agent number is not properly set in PREO you will receive the following error.
Web Service Failed:
Server was unable to process request. ---> WS_Sales.getSalesRep, SalesRep no identified. Invalid Code (###) specified.
The Regional Administrator should review the User Account setup. Verify (with IT if necessary) that the Agent number in PREO matches the Agent number in E-Automate.
In the above screenshots, the PREO Agent Number should be updated to "31SA41".
NOTE: Be sure to check for leading and trailing spaces. Once updated, you can try to create the quotes again.
