Need to add Production items to your proposal? You can do this by putting in a Request For Assistance to your Production Overlay.
First, head to Order Processing > Requests from the left navigation on the proposal view.
Next, click the button that is labelled "New Request"
You should now see a menu of options with different request types. Look for the option that says "Request Production" under the Overlay Assistance section. You may need to scroll down depending on your screen resolution.
Use the description field to tell your Production Overlay what it is you are looking for. After you have completed the description, hit the "submit request" button.
If you receive an error that reads "ERROR: PRODUCTION OVERLAY" that means that there is no production overlay set on your PREO account. You can just chat PREOBot with this error message and our team will be able to assist.
Once your Production Overlay receives your request they will have the ability to add Production items on your behalf.
You can collaborate with your Production Overlay by sending them a note through the Order Processing > Chat. Tag them by typing "@" followed by their name.
