✨ What’s New
💡 Automatic Codes
Projects and clients now get short, unique codes automatically — no need to create them yourself.
Codes are based on the project or client name, keeping everything consistent and easy to find.
You can still edit the code later if you prefer something custom.
🕒 Timeline
See all your tracked time and connected events in one visual timeline.
The timeline shows your last seven days, so you can easily review how your time was spent.
Each block displays start and end times, duration, and what project or client it belongs to.
Click any block to start a timer or adjust the entry.
🔔 Notifications & Settings
You can now choose exactly which email notifications you receive — and which you don’t.
Go to My profile → Notifications to manage:
Project reminders and budget updates
Task assignments and due dates
Client access changes
Simply toggle them on or off to match your preferences.
📁 Archived Filters
Need to find something from an old project or client?
You can now include archived items in dropdown filters.
The setting is off by default
Your last choice is remembered automatically
🏷️ Improved Time Tracking
Labels now fill in automatically based on what you’re working on.
If you link a time entry to a task, project, or client — PrimaTime automatically adds the same labels to your record.
It keeps your tagging consistent and saves time during entry creation.
