2. More Accurate Time Tracking
🧩 Exact Continuity Between Time Entries
When you adjust a time entry in the Calendar, you can now “snap” its start or end time to match the neighboring entry — so your day stays continuous with no gaps.
What’s new
Set a time entry’s start time to the exact end of the previous time entry
Or set a time entry’s end time to the exact start of the next time entry
Helps you keep back-to-back work blocks perfectly aligned
Why you’ll love it
No gaps in your tracked day when work continues from one activity to the next
Cleaner, easier-to-read Calendar and timesheets
Less manual fixing when logging work consecutively
Where to find it

3. Faster Finding & Reviewing

Find the right item instantly—even in large workspaces.
What’s new
Search clients, projects, and tasks using their code
Why you’ll love it
Faster selection with fewer clicks
Great for teams using structured naming and internal codes

⚡ Recently Used Items on Top
Whenever you use something in primaTime—like assigning a label to a task or selecting a client on a time entry—that item is treated as “recent” and will show up first the next time you pick from a list, anywhere in the app.
What’s new
After you use an item (for example: a label, client, project, task, or user), it moves to the top of relevant dropdowns and pickers
This “recently used” ordering is applied consistently across the app, not just on one screen
Why you’ll love it
Your most common choices are always one click away
Less scrolling through long lists
Speeds up everyday work, especially in larger workspaces
Where to find it
Throughout the app in selectors for Time Records, Tasks, Projects, Clients, Billing Items, Labels, Users, and filters
4. Reports & Exports enhacement

📤 Export Templates Improvements
Make exporting faster by saving export setups as reusable templates.
What’s new
When exporting, you can save your setup as a template when using a custom export
If you adjust a template during export, you can save the updated version
Why you’ll love it
Repeat exports in seconds
Less setup work for recurring reporting
Where to find it
Exports → create a custom export
5. Billing & Finance Improvements
💼 Flat Rates
Flat Rates help you bill recurring or fixed-scope work by automatically creating billing items on a schedule—so you always see what’s already been billed (and what still hasn’t).
What’s new
Set up a Flat Rate with a recurrence (monthly or yearly)
Each time the recurrence comes due, the Flat Rate is turned into a new Billing Item automatically
Billing Items stay as independent entries, giving you a clear billing history over time
Why you’ll love it
Clear overview of what’s been billed vs. what’s still upcoming
Perfect for retainers, service packages, and fixed-fee work
Less manual work and fewer missed invoices
Where to find it

🧾 Finance Dashboard: Invoice & Billing Report Actions
Move from overview to action—faster.

“Invoice” and “Billing report” actions available directly from the dashboard rows
Why you’ll love it

Faster month-end workflows
