This update brings faster time tracking, easier invoicing, cleaner exports, safer billing workflows, and the ability to sign in with Google or Microsoft.

This release makes everyday work faster and clearer — from tracking time and invoicing to reporting and billing.

You’ll notice faster time record creation, easier invoicing selection, recurring tasks with due time, quick access to client time records, cleaner XLSX and CSV exports, safer billing duplication, stable project and client codes, clearer dropdowns, and Google or Microsoft sign-in.

Sign in using your existing Google or Microsoft account.

Creating time records is now quicker, especially for short tasks and frequent entries.

  • Add new short duration options

    • 5 minutes

    • 10 minutes

  • Add predefined duration buttons below the duration field

    • 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes

🏷️ Stable Project & Client Codes

Renaming items no longer changes their internal codes.

📅 Task Recurrence

Automate recurring work and plan tasks more precisely.

  • Set tasks to repeat

    • Daily

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

    • Yearly

  • When a recurring task is marked as “Done”, a new task is automatically created with the next due date

4. Faster Finding & Reviewing

📊 Client Time Records Button

Jump directly from a client report to that client’s time records.

  • New button in the Client Report that opens Time Record reports filtered for the selected client

5. Reports & Exports

📤 XLSX & CSV Exports

Spreadsheet exports are now easier to work with.

What’s new

  • XLSX / CSV exports now contain raw numbers (without currency formatting)

  • Currency is exported into a separate column

  • Easier sorting and filtering

  • Better separation between data and presentation

6. Billing & Finance

🧾 Duplicate Billing Items

Create similar billing items without starting from scratch.

What’s new

  • Duplicate action available in the Billing Items grid

  • Duplicate action available in Billing Item detail (top-right button)

  • If a Billing Item is linked to a Flat Rate, the duplicated item

    • is not linked to the Flat Rate

    • is not marked as invoiced
