Responding to a quote request without an account

You can respond to a designer’s quote request without creating a Programa account. Use the link in your invitation email to review the products, enter your pricing and send your quote directly to the designer.

1. Open the request

Open your quote request email and click Respond to Quote. This opens Add your quote, where you can see the designer’s message, the requested products and quantities, and the estimated quote value.

2. Review and enter your pricing

Check each product and update the relevant fields, including:

  • RRP

  • Discount

  • Trade price

  • Lead time

Review the line totals and overall quote value as you make changes. Use your own pricing and lead times - the figures shown in the video are examples.

3. View sizes and additional product details

Click Edit beside a product to open its details.

The Summary tab includes Specifications, where you can view or complete measurements, colour, finish, material and other product information.

You can also open:

  • Financial to review pricing in more detail.

  • Attachments to add product documents, such as specification sheets or brochures.

  • Activity to review activity for that product.

4. Add any additional fees

If applicable, select Add fee above the product table to include charges such as shipping or installation.

Check that the fee and updated total are correct.

5. Review your quote

Click Review and send.

Check the quote totals and the designer’s details under Sending to. You can also add:

  • A message to the designer.

  • A Valid until date.

  • Attachments supporting the quote.

Already prepare quotes in your own system? You can attach your formal PDF here alongside the pricing and product details you’ve entered in Programa. Entering those details allows them to copy back into the designer’s schedule.

6. Send to the designer

When everything is ready, click Send to designer.

Your quote is sent to the designer through Programa, where they can review your response and accept the details into their schedule.

Need help?

The link doesn’t open, has expired or unexpectedly asks you to log in: return to the original invitation email and try its button. If you still cannot access the request, reply to that email to let the designer know.

You already have an account and are quoting from inside the app: see Responding to a quote request.
