Native Integrations for Measurement Orders

ProLine currently supports four native integrations to simplify ordering measurements directly within the platform:

  • EagleView

  • GAF QuickMeasure

  • RoofScope

  • Hover (import only)

For the first three—EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, and RoofScope—you can do both:

  • Place a new order directly from ProLine, setting pins and parameters.

  • Import pre-existing reports from your account.

For Hover, you can import an existing measurement report you've obtained separately on Hover’s platform.

Manual Entry and CSV Imports

If you do not use one of the four supported integrations, ProLine provides flexible alternatives:

1. Manual Report Creation

You can manually input measurements into ProLine:

  • Use your own hand measurements.

  • Enter data from another system or provider.

  • Input data structure-by-structure for properties like homes, garages, sheds, etc.

2. CSV Import

You can also import a CSV file:

  • Download a CSV from any measurement provider.

  • Import it into ProLine to create a structured measurement report.

  • Imported fields will align similarly to natively integrated reports.

Tip: If your preferred measurement provider isn't integrated yet, CSV import provides a quick and easy workaround!

Default Measurement Report Fields

When ordering or importing any measurement into ProLine it is important to remember what comes as a default. Currently these are all the measurements fields that come standard with all new accounts: Waste Factor (%), Ridges (LF), Hips (LF), Valleys (LF), Rakes (LF), Eaves (LF), Parapet Walls (LF), Flashing (LF), Step Flashing (LF), Total Area (SF).

If there are fields that are missing and you would like to add, please see our training article HERE.

Using Measurements for Quotes and Material Orders

Once a measurement report (manual, imported, or ordered) is available:

  • You can automatically generate quotes based on the measurement data.

  • If you would like to use detailed fields beyond Total Area (like roof pitch, perimeter, etc.), you can also generate work and material orders seamlessly.

  • All this can be accomplished with just a few clicks!

This functionality saves time and ensures that your job costing and material quantity calculations are consistent and accurate. See our additional guides on how to quote with these measurements.

Multi-Structure Capabilities

ProLine supports multi-structure measurement reports:

  • Example: A home, detached garage, and shed can each be separate structures within one report.

  • These structures can be quoted independently or together.

  • Allows homeowners and commercial customers to select the structures they want quoted or completed.

Important: ProLine does not require all buildings for an address to be put into one report; ProLine reports can support single or multiple structures.

Customizing Company Level Measurement Fields

Although ProLine’s default measurement fields are roofing-focused, you are not limited to roofing measurements. You can customize fields at the company level (settings) to support any other service or trade.

To add custom fields:

  • Click **here** to see the step-by-step guide**.**

  • If you need additional support our support team and your Onboarding Specialists can guide you through creating and implementing the custom fields you need.

Expanding Measurement Provider Options

If you’d like to see an integration with another measurement provider:

  • Submit your idea to ProLine’s Ideas and Roadmap Board by clicking here.

  • If enough users vote for the integration, ProLine will consider building it.

Reminder: Even if an integration doesn't yet exist, as long as you can obtain a CSV file, you can import it into ProLine and continue your workflows without disruption.
