Manage Team: Overview

Managing your ProLine team members and phone numbers using the Manage Team page.

Accessing the Manage Team Page

To open the Manage Team page:

  1. Click the hamburger menu (☰) .

  2. Scroll down and select Manage Team.

You’ll be directed to the full dashboard where you can manage personnel and their associated roles and permissions.

Team Members

In the Team Members section:

  • View a list of all current team members.

  • Edit team member details such as role, contact information, permissions and settings.

    • Commission

    • New Contact Lead Source Assignment (Optional)

      If this user receives a call from a new number, ProLine will assign this lead source when creating the contact.

    • Rep Specific Financing Link

      If filled, this will override the financing link in the quote and use this instead.

    • Disable Automated Texts & Emails

      Select this to stop automated texts and emails from being sent to contacts assigned to John Doe. All manual texting, calling, and email functionality will still work.

    • Forward Calls to Team Member

      Select this to forward calls received by John Doe's ProLine number to the device/number associated with a different team member.

    • Send Emails via Team Member

      Select this to cause emails sent by John Doe through ProLine (both manual and automated) to be sent via a different team member's email integration.

    • Show in Leaderboard

      Select this to show John Doe on the sales leaderboard.

  • Add new team members quickly via the Add Member function.

This section is ideal for admins and quick updates to existing user profiles.

AI Agents

In the Agents tab:

  • Choose an agent type to define the agent’s functionality, currently only scheduling but more on the way!

  • Select a voice for the agent’s interactions, set the Schedule Settings and Service Description.

Super Admin Management

From the same interface, you can manage Super Admin access:

  • Invite new users to become super admins.

  • Revoke or modify access as needed.

Commission Profiles

Navigate to the Commission Profiles section to:

  • Configure commission plans for team members.

  • Adjust incentive structures aligned with your business needs.

This is particularly useful for sales-driven teams or performance-based compensation models. To see a full overview of this whole tab, click here.

Permission Profiles

In this area, you can:

  • Create and manage Permission Profiles that govern what users can see and do within the platform.

  • Apply different access levels based on roles or responsibilities.
