Grant your team access to your ProLine account by creating individual user accounts. Each team member has their own login credentials and can see and interact with the same projects, pipelines, stages, and campaigns as other team members in the account (with restrictions based on permissions). Each team member also has their own ProLine phone number (if on Business or above).
To access the Manage Team page, navigate to the hamburger menu (upper left-hand corner of ProLine) and select Manage Team. From within the page, browse the different actions below to proceed.

You can switch numbers between two team members. Under Manage Team, select the profile of a team member you wish to switch a number to/from. Then, select the switch icon or the release icon.

Disable Automated Texts & Emails
Use this if you want to exclude a user's projects or contacts from automated texts and emails. This is rarely needed, but sometimes, if you have an old-fashioned sales rep on the team who doesn't like automation, this can come in handy.
Forward Calls To Team Member
You can set the ProLine phone number of one team member to forward to another team member. This causes all incoming calls to the team member to be forwarded straight to another team member’s phone. This can be useful when a team member goes on vacation or if you’ve added a team member just to get access to a second phone number.
To toggle call forwarding settings, select the team member whose number you want to forward. Scroll to Other Settings. Check the box for Forward Calls to Team Member and select the team member to forward to, then click Save to apply the changes.
Send Email Via Team Member
In addition to forwarding calls, you can also have automated emails sent from ProLine to contacts assigned to a team member, be sent from a different team member’s email instead. This is useful for when a team member doesn’t have their own work email or shares a work email with another team member.
To toggle email use settings, select the team member who you want to use a different email. Scroll to Other Settings. Check the box for Send Emails via Team Member and then select the team member who’s email you want to send from. Click Save to apply the changes.

If you’re working with an outside agency or consultant, you can add them as Super Admins. That means they can edit your account without becoming members of your team with profiles and ProLine numbers.
