To check if the guarantor has signed the guarantors agreement you will have to see the deals page where it is instructed whether the guarantor has signed the agreement yet or not.

After the guarantor has signed the agreement the landlord/agent will then need to sign the agreement as well.
Step 3:
If both the landlord/agent and guarantor has signed the agreement then you should be able to view the agreement.
Step 4:
You will also be able to view a signed copy of this in the AST.
