As described here, PULPO WMS will automatically create a split picking if a picking task was completed without collecting all products.
To locate a split picking in the PULPO WMS web app, follow these steps:
Open the PULPO WMS web app.
Navigate to the Picking section.
Set the filter at the top left to "Locked". This will display all locked picking tasks, including split pickings.
After selecting the split picking, you can:
Unlock the task using the Unlock button at the lower right of the screen.
Delete the task using the Delete button at the lower right of the screen.
After unlocking it, the picking will be available for the PULPO WMS Android App users for processing.
Note: The picking should only be unlocked if the required amount is available in the warehouse.
As long as the picking has not been assigned and started by any PULPO WMS Android App user it can be deleted.
Releasing Paused Orders
To make paused orders available for picking and shipping, follow these steps:
Identify the paused order in the system.
Release the order. Releasing changes its state, allowing it to proceed through the picking and shipping processes.
