PULPO WMS is always striving to speed up the customers' warehouse processes and save time.
Enabling the setting
The option is activated under the menu item Settings > Fast Commerce Features by selecting Quick-Pick with Product Overview (1).
The Quick Pick works for normal and batch picking.
Option functionality
The Quick-Pick feature allows the picker to start picking goods not by scanning the location, but by scanning the products listed in the picking task. As soon as the product's barcode is scanned, the picked quantity increases.
Confirmation of the required quantity is done by repeatedly scanning the product's barcode.
To make picking easier, an image of the product is displayed next to it. Tapping the image zooms it, and tapping the picking task number shows the Order number.
Scanned and Required quantities are added to the screen.
FINISH EARLY button allows the picker to pick a part of the products, move the goods to a packing or shipping position, and continue the picking task after that.
