This article describes the Statistics Dahsboard

The statistics dashboard is the default PULPO WMS system view.
To access it from any screen, click the Dashboard icon.


In the next screen, the Statistics Dashboard will open.


Different KPIs are available in this view:

  • Outgoing orders

    • Ended orders

      • This is the number of completed orders within the pre-determined time period in the filter

    • Created orders

      • The number of orders created/received

    • Cancelled orders

      • The total number of cancelled orders

  • Picking

    • Ended pickings

      • The number of finished pickings

    • Picked products

      • The total sum of the products picked in the picking tasks

    • Total pickings

      • Sum of the total pickings

    • Average time spent per picking (m)

      • The average duration per pick is calculated per day. If we have set a longer period in the time window, the values are added up.

  • Packing

    • Ended packings

      • The total number of packing orders completed

    • Packed products

      • The number of products packed in the completed packing tasks

    • Packed boxes

      • Total number of packaging units used

    • Averange time spent per packing (m)

      • The average duration per packing task is calculated per day. If we have set a longer period in the period filter, the values are added up.

  • Incoming goods

    • Incoming goods

      • The number of incoming goods

    • Received products

      • The total quantity of products received

    • Received SKUS

      • The number of SKU's received, for example:

        • product X 10 times, product Y 4 times = 2 SKU's were received.

    • Average time spent per incoming good (m)

      • the average time spent per incoming goods in minutes

    • Returns

      • Number of returns received

    • Returned received products

      • How many products were received in total, for example:

        • Product A was received 40 times and product B 60 times, so a total of 100 products were received.Returned SKU's

      • The same logic as for Received SKU's, in relation to Returns

    • Total time spent in returned incoming goods (m)

      • The total time in minutes required for all returns Incoming goods

  • Movement

    • Performed movements

      • The total number of movements performed

    • Moved products

      • The quantity/quantity of the moved products

    • Average time spent per movement (m)

      • The average time per stock transfer task

  • General

    • Active users

      • Users who are performing active tasks

    • Active products

      • Products that are sold,stored,moved

    • Total storage positions

      • All positions that exist in this warehouse

    • Occupied storage positions

      • Positions in which goods are located and therefore occupied

    • Empty storage positions

      • Positions in which there are no goods

    • Inventory corrections made

      • The total number of stock corrections/stock adjustments carried out

    • Counting tasks performed

      • The number of all counting tasks/inventory tasks performed

As well as General Information where we see how many active users or products we have. Further more we see our total storage positions and occupied storage positions.

To extract the data, click CSV Download in the top right corner. The downloaded excel sheet will allow you to work with the data.

In case the 3PL functionality is used, you can filter the data by merchant(s) as well.
