You may want to set a coworker, a partner (if enabled), or yourself as responsible for a specific objective or (sub)activity.

What you can learn:

Looking to assign a responsible to an OKR?

You are working on an account, and you have your plan(s), but now is the moment to assign a colleague or yourself as responsible for an objective or a (sub)activity.

To do this, look for the 'responsible' column. Click on the user icon or on the existing responsible(s) initials. A list of users will pop up, and you can select as many as you want.

Have you successfully assigned one or more responsible(s)? Great! Now let's have a look at who is responsible for each objective or (sub)activity:

See who is already responsible by clicking or hovering over the name initials.

Want to see only the OKRs assigned to you or your colleague?

Look for the 'Filter on:' button on the far right of your screen. Click on 'me' to see only the OKRs assigned to you or on the icon next to it to filter on your colleague(s).

Get notified!

Every person you assign to an item will receive a notification so that they know exactly what they're responsible for.
