How to create, edit, or link a quick action?

Quick actions are designed specifically to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of account managers. You can seamlessly create and manage them to drive accountability and streamline your workflow. Whether you're looking to set up new initiatives or fine-tune existing plans, this feature simplifies the process and allows you to focus on what matters most—achieving your goals.

Here's a quick guide on how to make the most of Quick Actions:

Create a quick action

  1. Navigate to the Partner Page you are working on

  2. Click on the '+ Add a new quick action' button right under the name of the quick actions section.

  3. Enter a name and press Enter.

Tip : You can always come back to your quick action to add more details. Upon creation, only a name is required. All other fields are optional.

Edit a quick action

  1. To manage your quick action, click on 'edit activity' on the quick action you wish to edit.

  2. Fill in as many fields as you want, such as start and end dates, target units, target values, milestones, responsible, tags, responsible types, and due dates.

  3. Click on 'save changes' to update your quick action.


Link a quick action to an existing plan

Linking a quick action to an existing plan means that it will be integrated as a custom objective, activity, or sub-activity. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'edit quick action' slider, as shown above.

  2. Choose the plan you want to link your quick action to under the 'Linked plan' section.

  3. Under the 'Sublinked to' section, specify under which objective or activity you wish to link it to.

  4. Click on 'confirm'.

Once linked to a plan, the quick action will no longer appear in the quick actions section but will be displayed within the plan at the chosen location as a custom objective, activity or sub-activity.

Sharing the quick actions section in the shared space

By default, the quick action section is shared. When shared, all users with access to the shared space can see everything visible in your quick actions section.

  1. To hide this section, click on the 'Manage shared plans' button.

  2. Activate the toggle next to the 'Quick actions' box.
