1. Client User uses “Forgotten Password”
This will send them an email with a link to reset their password.
They can follow the link to create a new password themselves.
2. Resend the Invitation Link
If the contractor doesn’t have access to the invitation email, you can resend it:
Go to the organisation level in Quartz.
Use the search menu to find the client user page.
Filter to locate the specific client user.
Click the edit icon → User Info → Resend invite.
The client User will receive an email invitation and can set a new password through that link.
3. Reset the Password on Behalf of the Client User
As an admin, you can reset their password directly:
