1. Client User uses “Forgotten Password”

  • The client user can click the “Forgotten password” link on the login page

  • This will send them an email with a link to reset their password.

  • They can follow the link to create a new password themselves.

2. Resend the Invitation Link

If the contractor doesn’t have access to the invitation email, you can resend it:

  1. Go to the organisation level in Quartz.

  2. Use the search menu to find the client user page.

  3. Filter to locate the specific client user.

  4. Click the edit iconUser InfoResend invite.

  5. The client User will receive an email invitation and can set a new password through that link.

3. Reset the Password on Behalf of the Client User

As an admin, you can reset their password directly:

  1. Go to Settings → Manage Users.

  2. Search by the client user's email address.

  3. Toggle Set/Reset User Credentials.

  4. Enter a new password and select Save.

  5. Provide the client user with their username and new password.

  6. Advise the client user to update the password to one of their choice when they log in.
