If you have a stick-on device, you'll need to pair your phone with it.
Before pairing, each driver on the policy needs to download the RAC Black Box app to their own phone and log in with their own unique email address, which you gave us when you bought your insurance.
Pairing the first driver: turn Bluetooth off on any phones you're not trying to pair. Open the RAC Black Box app and follow the instructions, or use the instruction leaflet that came with your device.
Pairing the next driver: when the first phone is paired, switch Bluetooth off for that device and on for the next one. Repeat the pairing process on the second phone.
If there's been a significant delay between pairing the first and second device, you might need to wake up your device - opening and closing the car door should do it.
If there's another driver on the policy, turn Bluetooth off on the first two phones, then pair the final phone. When all required phones are paired, make sure Bluetooth, location services and mobile data are on for all phones.
If you have any trouble, you can find more FAQs and start a chat in the app.
