You can send a test copy of any draft email campaign to your own email address before scheduling or sending to your list. The test goes to the primary email address on your account.
Requirements
The campaign must be in Draft status. You cannot send a test from a campaign that has already been scheduled or sent.
The campaign must have a subject, body, from name, and from email filled in before the test will go through.
How to send a test
Open the email campaign editor for the draft you want to test.
Click Send Test Email in the action bar at the bottom of the editor.
A confirmation dialog appears showing the email address the test will go to. That address is the primary email on your account and cannot be changed from this dialog.
Click to confirm. The draft is saved automatically before the test is dispatched.
What you receive
The test email is sent to your account's primary email address. The subject, body, from name, and from address are exactly what you set in the editor. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
What the test does not check
Sending a test to a single inbox does not reflect how the campaign will perform at scale. A test email landing in spam does not mean your full campaign will go to spam, and vice versa.
