Wrong email or password
Make sure you are using the email address you were invited with. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you are not sure of your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page to reset it.
Multi-factor authentication
If your account has MFA enabled, you will be prompted for a code after entering your password. Check your authenticator app or SMS messages for the code. Codes expire quickly, so enter it promptly. If you no longer have access to your MFA device, contact your organization's admin.
Not yet added to an organization
Signing in requires both a valid account and membership in at least one organization. If you were recently invited, make sure you accepted the invitation from the email you received before trying to log in. If you skipped that step, ask your admin to resend the invitation.
Browser cookie issues
Sign-in depends on third-party cookies being allowed in your browser. If you have strict cookie blocking enabled, the session may fail silently after you enter your credentials.
To fix this:
In Chrome: go to Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and other site data, and make sure third-party cookies are not blocked, or add an exception for the app domain.
Try a private/incognito window to rule out an extension blocking cookies.
Try a different browser.
Stale session or cached state
If you were previously logged in and the page is stuck or shows an error, clear your browser's cookies and cache for the site, then try again. In Chrome DevTools: Application, Storage, then "Clear site data."
Account not recognized
If you see a message that your account does not exist, confirm you are using the correct email. If you were added to the platform by an admin, the account setup may not have completed. Ask your admin to confirm your membership is active.
Still stuck
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact your organization's admin or reach out to support with the email address you are trying to sign in with and a description of the error message you see.
