Building a price list with products, quantities and options (Best Practice)

In this document we will go through how to setup a price list and best practices when building price lists for different services so the products make sense to your clients when they are ordering within Realhub.

1. Create Pricelist

Create Pricelist in the RealHub platform

  1. Open Realhub

  2. Click Price Lists > Create

  3. Search for the Service

  4. Title the Pricelist using the following format; [Provider Name] - [Master Pricelist] - [Service]

  5. Master = Yes

  6. Click Create

💡Master Pricelists are the pricelists which contain all of the provider’s products for that service

  • All options should be available

  • They should NOT be linked to an Agency

  • There should only ever be one Master Pricelist for each provider’s service (Signboards, Print, Digital etc.)

2. Add Products to Pricelist

Add Products to the Newly created Pricelist in Realhub

  1. Open Price List > Open the Edit Price List page > Select Price List Items tab

  2. Select Product from the Available Products dropdown > Add Product

💡If the product you want to add to the pricelist does not appear when building your master pricelist, click Manage Products OR navigate to your Product Codes page via the main side menu

  1. Enter Quantity & Price according to your rate card > Create Price List Item

Reminder that if this is a master price list, it should simply be your base/standard price. You can reduce or increase the pricing for each product, quantity and option on the fork price list which in turn would be assigned to an agency.

💡Prices entered should always be inclusive of GST

Add Option (if Relevant to Product)

  1. If there are options attached to the product (this will be outlined by the Provider in info provided if this is the case), select Add Option

  2. Enter Extra’s Title and Product Code > Create Item Option

  3. Click Add Option Value > Add Title, Price & Product Code > Create Item Option Value

If you add an Item Option that is priced, you must add another Option called No Extras

  1. Click Add Option Value > Add Title (No Extras) & Price ($0) > Create Item Option Value

💡Order of the options are able to be amended by clicking the 3 bars on the left and dragging to it’s desired position in the list

💡Can also toggle on Default for an Option

Adding more quantities

If you need to add more quantities for each product eg 50, 100, 150, 200, etc, then it would be best to use the duplicate function once you have set up your first quantity.

Doing this will save you time not needing to rebuild all the options and values.

Ensure your pricing is correct for the duplicate quantities.
