Price List Management Guide
As a provider, you may need to update product and option pricing periodically. You can update items individually or in bulk (using a dollar or percentage adjustment).
Choose the scenario below that fits your needs:
Scenario 1: Future Price List (Scheduled)
Use this method when new pricing should take effect on a specific future date.
Locate the Original: Find the price list that requires an update.
Duplicate: On the right-hand side (RHS), click Duplicate Pricelist.
Rename Immediately: The system will append "Copy" to the name. Rename it immediately (e.g., "Standard Rates - Jan 2027") to avoid confusion, then click Save Details.
Add Documentation: Scroll to the bottom to add any relevant notes or internal assets.
Edit Prices: Update your pricing as usual, including base prices, quantities, and add-ons.
Set the Transition: * Navigate back to the current/active price list (the one the client is using right now).
Making Changes: To modify the date or change the future price list selection, click the Trash Bin icon next to the expiry date and select Clear.
Note: Once cleared, the fields will reset to blank, allowing you to select a new effective date or a different list.
Scenario 2: Standard Price Update (Immediate)
Use this method when pricing changes must take effect across the system immediately.
Locate the List: Open the price list you wish to update.
Verify Name: Ensure the name is accurate for your records. If you change it, click Save Details.
Update Assets: Scroll to the bottom to update any notes or attachments associated with this pricing.
Edit Prices: Adjust your base prices, quantities, and add-ons as needed.
Auto-Save: The system will automatically save and apply these changes to the live environment as you work.
đĄ Pro-Tip: Bulk Updates
Purpose: To give providers an easier and more accurate way to update pricing across multiple lists at once, without needing manual changes per agency list. This reduces the risk of errors, supports standardisation, and saves time.

Scenario 3 - Bulk Price List Update
Use this method if you need to update an entire price list at once:
Look for the Bulk Update tool within the price list.
You can apply a Percentage (%) or Fixed Dollar ($) increase/decrease across all selected items to save time.
Note: Price list adjustments can only be done by providers. Agency and brand users such as office administrators, agents and brand admin do not have the ability to manage price lists.
