Important: Managing Users

  • Transferring an outgoing agent’s campaigns: Every campaign assigned to that agent is reassigned to the new agent you select. This can’t be undone.

  • Only office admins can remove users: Other roles can’t delete users.

  • You can’t remove your own account: Office admins can’t delete themselves.

  • You can’t remove the last agent: There must be at least one agent left to transfer existing campaigns to.

Troubleshooting & Edge Cases

For any of the cases below, email the team at support@realhub.com.au. To help them action it quickly, include the user's name, email, role, username, and office.

  • Deleted the wrong user? Contact support@realhub.com.au to have the account reactivated, or re-add the user yourself from Agents & Users.

  • "Username has been taken" error: This usually means the username belonged to a previously deleted account. Contact support@realhub.com.au to have it adjusted — they'll get it sorted so you can complete the deletion on your end.

  • Want to move an agent to another office instead of removing them? This can't be done from your end — contact support@realhub.com.au to arrange it. To avoid data loss, it's best to start fresh, especially if the user will be in an office that uses CRM integration.
