We know you have 1,479 different things on your mind every day and that life is crazy onsite. You have a Live Tour coming up today and are trying to remember who the prospect is, what their interests are, and what their dog's name is. You have slowly created a mosaic of every color of sticky note on your desk with all this information. Realync is here to save the day (and to clean up your sticky note creation)!
When you schedule a Live Tour, you are now able to capture quick notes related to the tour/prospect that you can reference before and during the live stream. These will only be visible to you (the host).
You can add notes for you to reference during the tour on both web and mobile. Below are some instructions on how to do this!

1) Head to the "Live Tours" tab by clicking on "Live Tours" (or the phone icon) on the panel on the left side. From here, select the date and time of your tour and click the "Schedule Tour" button.
2) Next, you will be transported to a magical screen where you can enter all of the relevant information regarding the tour. On the right side of the screen, you will see the section for both "Attachments" and "Notes". Click the "Notes" section and add all of the key points you want to remember during your tour.
3) After you have entered all of the info you need to schedule the tour, click the "Schedule Tour" button in the upper right corner. And voila! ✨
4) When it is show time, open up your Realync app on your mobile device. Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner of your screen and select "Live Tours". You will then see all of your scheduled tours! Find the correct one, and click "Start Tour".
5) You will then enter our virtual lobby. On this screen, you will be shown the notes you entered prior to the tour. Do a quick refresher on the points you have jotted down. Even if it is something small and simple like remembering the name of the prospect's dog 🐶 , that will truly go a long way when making that human connection. 😊
6) After you make sure your camera and microphone are ready, your camera is in selfie mode so you can greet your prospect, and you have reviewed your notes, click "Start Live Tour"!
7) On the bottom of your screen, you will see different icons. The cute little notepad and pencil is the "Notes" icon. You can click on this during the tour to view your notes in case you forget the doggo's name!
8) You also have the option to add more notes during the tour! This is great for jotting down anything you want to remember to include in your follow-up. For example, if your prospect mentions they want to see a bigger unit, make a note to yourself to follow up with a Realync Pre-Recorded Video of one of your larger units that you have. 😉
10) After the tour is complete and you have clicked the "End and Save" button, you will receive both a copy of the notes you took during the tour and the tour itself. But don't worry, your prospect WILL NOT receive the notes. (Cue relieved exhale)

1) On the hamburger menu 🍔 in the top left corner of your screen, select "Live Tours".
2) Add the requested information to get your tour scheduled and ready to go. You will see a section that says "Add Notes". Here is where you can jot down all of the good stuff to free up some brainpower for the tour itself.
3) When you are done, click "Schedule Tour"! Easy Peasy!!
💡 Tip:
Prospects will also have the option to add notes. Whether they want to make a note that they like the proximity of your community to their new employer or that they really love the amenities you offer, this is a place they can jot down notes and it will save these in their tour recap.
Let your attendees know that they have the option to take notes before the tour begins!
