Follow these quick and easy steps to check the software version number on your device!

1) Go to your phone's "Settings". Then click on "General".
2) Now click on "About".
3) Then find where it says "iOS Version".
If your iOS is not up-to-date, you can update it by going back to "General" and clicking "Software Update".
Android Device

2) Next, click "Software Information".
3) Then find where it says "Android Version".
If your Android Version is not up-to-date, you can update it by going back to your phone's settings, clicking "System", and then "System Update".
