Using a Realync Ready Device ensures the highest-quality videos of your property. All of our recommended devices include built-in image stabilization, a built-in ultra-wide camera, and are compatible with the stabilizer provided by Realync. Using the Gimbal/Stabilizer provided by Realync is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for all devices, regardless of image stabilization features, for the smoothest, most professional quality videos.

FAQs

  • Will Realync work on my iPad?

    • Realync will work on iOS devices running iOS 13 or newer, but iPads may not possess image stabilization or Ultra-Wide Cameras to produce the highest-quality video. iPads are not compatible with the stabilizer.

  • My device is not listed. Will it work?

    • Realync will work on iOS devices running iOS 13 or newer and most Android devices running Android 7 or newer. If your device is on the correct software version but is not a recommended device, it may not possess image stabilization and/or Ultra-Wide Cameras to produce the highest-quality video content.

  • Why doesn't my recommended device fit in the stabilizer?

    • All of our currently recommended devices will fit in the stabilizer without a case. If you are having difficulty fitting your device in the stabilizer with the case removed, please check that the clip is not placed over the camera bump, that the spring-loaded clip arms are being fully extended (they spread out further than you may think), and that the clip is placed near the center of the back of your phone to distribute weight properly.
