Is your video not publishing or getting stuck while trying to publish? This can happen when Realync is closed out prior to the video fully uploading. So in the future, make sure to leave your Realync app open and running in the background until you get a "Voila!" message when it has finished uploading!
This can also happen when another team member has the video you are trying to edit open on their device. So check with your teammates to make sure this is not the case!

*DO NOT DELETE the Realync app. π
First things first, make sure your iOS/ Android versions are updated!
Try restarting the Realync app (Double click your home button on your device and then swipe up π on the Realync app to close it out. If you don't have a home button, you can swipe up π from the bottom of your home screen while holding your finger down and then swipe up on the Realync app to close it).
Try switching from wifi to data and vice versa. You might need a stronger signal to upload the video!
If the above steps did not work, please reach out to support@realync.com! We will then request the following info to give to our development team:
1) Name of Video
2) Date Published π
3) Device video was recorded on πΉ
4) What steps did you take when publishing? π
5) Did anything weird happen?
6) Did you get the "Viola" message at the end of the publishing
π‘ Tip:
If you have multiple people editing from the same published videos, they will also need to try the above steps as the system can get confused if you are editing the same content on two different devices.
