How to Resend a Tour to a Prospect

Need to resend a Live Tour? We've got you!

As you probably know, prospects will receive a copy of their Live Tour or Live Session after it is completed! These copies are sent after you click "End and Save" when ending your Live Tour or Live Session. There might be times that a prospect will ask if you can send a copy again (in cases where they might have lost the original copy, etc.). We know these situations pop up so we have a way for you to resend the Live Tour or Live Session! Please note that you will only be able to resend a Tour or Session to the original attendee. In other words, you cannot send these to people who did not attend the original Tour or Session. This is to protect the privacy of the original attendees.

All Live Tour recordings will stay on your account forever.

1) On your mobile app, find the Live Tour you want to resend.

2) Click on the three dots located to the right of that Live Tour.

3) A menu will pop up at the bottom of the page. From there, you can select "Resend Recorded Tour" and a copy will be sent to all of the original attendees.
