Users can easily check members into their facility using the Member Check-in page by using the either member information shown below or a barcode. The barcode can be entered manually or by use of an integrated barcode scanner.
When staff check in someone to the facility, there are a variety of messages, notes, and warnings they may see on the check-in page. In this example, the member does not have access to the branch, so the warning appears. Warnings such as 'Deny Access' or 'Past Due Balance' can also display.
From this page, staff are able to view information about the membership, including if there are others on the unit. Staff can also check in additional members from this page.
Staff can monitor recent check-ins or view the check-in logs report, which allows for filtering by information such as date, name, branch, and status (Success, Denied, Inactive, etc).
