Record Union is a music distribution platform that enables independent artists and labels to easily distribute music to the world's major music streaming services. With Record Union, you always retain 100% ownership and control of your music.

We are a Spotify Platinum Partner and we have preferred relationships with most of the major services including Apple Music. You can read more about our music partners here.

How do I take my music global?

Start by registering a free account with us. Then you can create a new release by uploading your music and artwork. Fill in the details (metadata) about each track, select the music services you want and choose your release date.

Our service is fully customizable so you only pay for what you need, and you can optionally upgrade by add pro-level features to give your music an extra boost.

After you submit your release, our review team will make sure it meets the music services' requirements. If everything looks good, we'll send it to the services you selected where it will be available on the date you chose.

What happens after the release date?

As soon as your music goes live, Record Union will begin collecting data about streams, downloads, video creations/views and more. The music services send us this data with a three-month delay. When we receive the numbers, that info will be available in your Record Union account. You'll be able to see how your tracks and releases performed and you can analyze that data by plays, regions, services, etc., and you can download that data in a variety of formats.

You'll also see the royalties your tracks earned from the music services. You can send your royalties directly to your bank account or PayPal address.

If you work with collaborators, you can set up royalty splits and recoups so they can get paid automatically without the need for you to divide the payments manually.

Pro-level tools for your music career

Our services also include professional Electronic Press Kits (EPKs), Linkfire Smart Links for easy sharing of your music, 100% human support for any questions or issues you may have, and extra income opportunities if you join our A&R Network.

Our prices start at just $14/year, and your price is based on the number of tracks, number of music services and your chosen royalty percentage.

You can even enhance your music release strategy with more professional services like Rapid Delivery, Pitch Priority, Spotify Pre-Save, YouTube Content ID, and UPC and ISRC generators.
