This is called an “Artist mapping issue” and can unfortunately occur when two bands/artists have a similar name. But hey, no problem! This is easily solved. 👍
As long as you have access to Spotify for Artists, all you have to do is log in and request a relocation of this release directly here.
If there’s a release appearing under your Upcoming section that isn’t yours, please follow these steps:
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the release.
Select Report incorrect release.
Spotify for Artists will review and correct the issue, and you’ll receive an email once it’s been resolved, usually within a few days.
