We know how frustrating it can be to have trouble accessing your account, but don't worry, we are here to assist you.

If you're having issues logging in, please try these troubleshooting steps below first.

  • Restart your internet router

  • Try to log in using different browsers (Try using Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

  • Try to log in using different devices (Desktop or Mobile device)

  • Update your browser to the latest version

  • Check your firewall

  • Clear cache and cookies (This can often resolve login issues caused by outdated or corrupted data)

  • Try to log in using incognito mode.

  • Double-check your login credentials if correct (Sometimes, a simple typo can cause login problems)

If you need to update your password, you can request a password reset here. You will be asked to type in the email address you used for your Record Union account.

I have not received the password reset email, what should I do?

  • Please make sure you have used the correct email address you used to sign up for your Record Union account. If you do not remember your Record Union email address, please contact our support team.

  • If you no longer have access to your account email and needs to change it, you can find the next steps here.

  • If you typed in the correct email but still hasn't received the password reset email, please check your spam/junk folder as it sometimes gets redirected there. You can also search for any emails from noreply@recordunion.com.

If the problem continues even after following the steps above, please contact our support team so they can help you.

If you are encountering a technical difficulty when logging in, it will help us resolve the issue quickly if you can provide a screenshot or brief video showing where the problem is occurring. This will allow us to identify the problem and come up with a faster resolution.
