The "Associate" logic in the Redlist form builder allows users to link questions together for a variety of purposes. This logic can be used to prepopulate information based on a selection in a different question, or to ensure that follow-up work orders are correctly associated with the appropriate assets. To associate one question to another on a form, first go to the form builder and find the question to configure Association logic on.
Associating Questions:
Step 1: Click on the "Associate" button
Step 2: Select the question from the dropdown menu that you want to associate with.
Note - Only asset dropdowns, asset type dropdowns, employee dropdowns, and client dropdowns can be associated with other questions.
Step 3: Click "Done"
