How to view and manage Notifications

Notifications are indicated by the bell icon towards the top right of your REISift account. When you receive a new notification, you'll see a number next to the bell. This number will increment with each new notification received, until the notifications are marked as read or cleared.

You'll receive a notification for the following events:

  • Board Created

  • Board Updated

  • Card Created

  • Owner Message Added

  • Property Assigned

  • Property Message Added

  • Task Assigned

  • Task Created

  • Task Overdue

  • Sequence Failed

  • Activity Completed

Some examples of the activities are bulk actions located under the Activity -> Action section of your account, exporting, skip tracing, and direct mail.

Clicking the bell icon opens the notifications. Clicking a notification marks it as read, it will no longer be highlighted and the number of notifications will decrease.

You can also mark all as read, or clear all notifications.


Clicking View All opens the notification feed where you can view all on one page.

Note: You will receive an email notification and a notification within your account when you are tagged in the message board. All other events, you'll only be notified within your account. Customizing notification preferences and methods may be available in a future update.
