If your card was declined, here's what to check.
The most common causes
Card details typed incorrectly — double-check the card number, expiration date, CVC, and ZIP code
Insufficient funds — make sure the card has enough available balance for the full fee
Bank flagged the charge — your bank may have blocked the transaction as suspicious. Check for a text or app alert from them, and approve the charge if asked.
Prepaid or virtual cards — some prepaid, gift, or international cards aren't accepted by our payment processor

Use a different card if you have one
Check with your bank to make sure they're not blocking the charge
